Something about the author.
Paula Danzinger was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in Virginia and New Jersey. She always had an interest in books and writing. She earned a Bachelor‘s degree in English and became an English teacher in a middle school then a guidance counselor for Junior & Senior High as well as College. She had two automobile accidents that prevented her from working. She pursued a Master’s degree in writing and became an author. During her lifetime she wrote over 25 books, and traveled to more than 15 countries, and gave many author talks and visits. She was like the colorful characters in her stories and was admired by all. She died July 8, 2004.
